Terms of Service

You may use Spinoranos free of charge, for personal or commercial purposes, without registering. There is no account to create and nothing to pay.

You don't need permission to use a result from a wheel. The choices it makes are yours to act on.

The wheel selects one option from a list at random. That is the entire function. It does not evaluate your options, understand your situation, or know which choice is better for you.

A random result is not advice. If a decision has real consequences - financial, medical, legal, safety-related or otherwise significant - don't treat a spin as the basis for it. Use the wheel for the small, reversible choices it is built for, and make important decisions deliberately.

You keep ownership of everything you type into a wheel. We claim no rights over your options and no licence to use them, because we never receive them: custom wheels are processed in your browser and travel inside the share link.

You are responsible for what you put on a wheel and for who you share it with. Don't use the site to create or distribute content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that targets or harms other people, and don't use it to direct abuse at anyone.

Please don't:

• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the infrastructure that serves it;
• scrape or republish the site automatically in a way that places an unreasonable load on it;
• remove or obscure the labelling on advertising placements, or present advertising as part of the product;
• use the site in a way that breaks applicable law.

The site is supported by advertising in fixed, labelled positions that are kept separate from the wheel and its controls. Advertisements are served by third parties and we do not control their content. Any interaction with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.

We aim to keep the site available and working, but it is provided as-is. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. There is no uptime guarantee and no service level commitment.

Because nothing is stored on a server, custom wheels exist only in the browser that created them and in any share link you copied. Keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site. This includes decisions you make after using a wheel, and any consequences of those decisions.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the site, which is zero, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

The site itself - its design, code, written content and brand - belongs to us and is protected by applicable law. These terms don't grant you a licence to copy or redistribute the site itself. They do not restrict your use of the results the wheel produces.

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
